Thomas Veltre, P.E., P.C. (TVPC) established over thirty years ago, has been active in assisting organizations who, as a result of growth or changing requirements, find it necessary to engage in major rehabilitation, relocation or conversion projects. TVPC is staffed with experienced professionals for the administration and control of the many complex and specialized activities required for such programs. Within our group is an interdisciplinary structure of engineers, designers, estimators, contract administrators and construction supervisors with extensive experience in their respective fields. We have developed a substantial repertory of projects including rehabilitation and renovation of existing facilities as well as new facility design.
